Same day cancels, no call/ no shows will reflect 100% payment of your service to be charged to the card on file. Less than 24 HOURS will reflect 100% payment charged. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in an automatic cancelation and charge of your appointment. All deposits paid WILL NOT be refunded if you cancel your appointment which means: All full set appointment deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. This deposit will go towards your service. You MUST have a valid card on file to book all appointments, whether made on Instagram, over the phone, through text message, email, or Carmella personally. If your card fails to be charged when not abiding by the cancellation policy, you may risk being terminated as a client in the future. All unpaid service fees due to failing to abide by the policy MUST be made to book ahead. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE YOUR CARD ON FILE TO REMAIN IN GOOD STANDING AS A CLIENT. We know things come up, illnesses etc and/or may be out of your control but please be considerate of your service provider’s availability, others availability and the waitlist.
